This section will walk you through the simple steps of the purchase process. If you are a new customer, click Create a New Account. You will need your contact lens prescription, a valid email address, a valid credit card, and the contact information for your eye doctor.
New Account
Enter your profile information such as name, address and email address (email address enables us to send you information regarding your order.)
Create a user id & password
LoginID and password restrictions:
LoginID should not be a 9-digit number.
Password should not contain the loginID, or be the loginID, case-insensitive.
Password should be >= 8 characters, case-sensitive, minimum of one alpha and one non-alpha character (numeral or punctuation)

Find It
Go to the Products and Pricing section, all products we carry are listed here, you can select by:
Brand
Type
Key word search
Order It
Your contact lens prescription and brand are printed on your current contact lens box, or on the prescription provided by your eye doctor.
Enter your prescription information in the fields provided.
Select quantity.
Click Add to Cart.
Choose your shipping method desired.
Review your order for accuracy, click Continue Order.
To change the quantity of your order – update QTY field with the number of boxes you would like to order, then click Update Cart. You will then see an updated quantity and updated contact lenses price.
Receive It
LENS123 will contact your eye Doctor to verify your prescription information.
By attaching electronically or faxing in your contact lenses prescription, along with your LENS123 order number, you can speed up the shipping process of your contact lenses. Our fax number is 800-830-8599.
Once verified, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address provided on your account.
You can check the status of your contact lens order or print an invoice by logging in and clicking Order Status.
Reordering your contact lenses is just as easy. Just visit LENS123.com and Login using your user ID and password you created for your first order. Your prior purchase information will be available for your convenience.
